With over a decade of international experience in high-stakes business environments, I have dedicated my career to mastering the art of turning complex human dynamics into meaningful, lasting results. From forging deep cross-cultural connections to influencing critical decisions and guiding tense discussions toward resolution, I’ve learned that authentic communication is the true driver of success.
As a Senior Global Sales Executive in the automotive technology sector, I have led multicultural teams and collaborated with C-suite leaders, technical experts, and procurement executives across three continents. Whether resolving multi-million-dollar claims or aligning diverse stakeholders, I’ve seen that trust, empathy, and clarity of dialogue create outcomes that strategy alone cannot deliver.
My coaching builds on this foundation of real-world expertise. I help people connect with impact, influence ethically, resolve conflict constructively, and negotiate agreements that create enduring value. I am also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology at Aston University, England, which deepens my understanding of human behaviour with academic rigor and evidence based insight. What makes my approach distinctive is its synthesis: practical strategies, timeless lessons from the world’s most influential books, and my own global business experience woven into a framework that is both deeply human and powerfully effective.
These principles extend beyond the boardroom. The same tools that build consensus in international negotiations can strengthen personal relationships, family dynamics, and community engagement. From managing difficult conversations with loved ones to making thoughtful decisions in moments of disagreement, I equip individuals to cultivate stronger bonds, healthier dialogue, and lasting understanding.
Holding a Master’s degree in Management from Germany’s EBS Universität and fluent in English and Hindi, I combine analytical rigor with a profound appreciation of human psychology and behaviour. My mission is clear: to help leaders, teams, and individuals communicate with confidence, navigate conflict with clarity, and transform every interaction professional or personal into an opportunity for lasting success.
